PSVCO was founded in 2015 and is maintaining a full office in Ho Chi Minh City and partnership offices in Hanoi and Hong Kong.

Our staff came from some local corporate secretary firms and were led by the founder who has 20-year experience in providing consultancy and licensing services to foreign investors in Vietnam, that ensure us to have good insight on the needs of doing business in Vietnam;

Our mission is the provision of one-stop and professional services on formation, compliance and company secretary for our clients, especially foreign investors, so that they can have a peace of mind and stay focus on their business development.
